New role created to underscore the importance of attracting and retaining top talent
iWorkGlobal, an authority in global workforce management, today announced the promotion of Lisa Soughers to vice president of human resources.
Soughers joined iWorkGlobal in 2016 as senior director of human resources. In her new role, she is responsible for developing and leading all Human Resources programs, policies and processes.
“When Lisa first joined the iWorkGlobal team, we knew she would be a valuable asset and that her experience with global expansion made her a perfect fit for the company,” said Jeff Phelps, CEO of iWorkGlobal. “That has certainly proven to be the case, which is why I’m thrilled to announce her promotion to vice president of human resources.”
With more than 20 years of experience within the retail, human capital management and staffing industries, Soughers has overseen multi-state and multi-provincial payroll and benefits administration, workers’ compensation, regulatory compliance, employee relations and risk management throughout the U.S. and in more than 60 countries.
