iWorkGlobal MyVista Takes Gold at Customer Sales and Service World AwardsPosted on 15 June 2017
Leader in global workforce management recognized for Best New Product or Service of the Year
iWorkGlobal, an authority in global workforce management, was named Gold Winner in the Best New Product or Service for Customer Service category by the 2017 Customer Sales and Service World Awards.
iWorkGlobal offers services related to the hiring, payment and management of employees and contract workers in more than 160 countries. In January of this year, the company announced the addition of domestic services and launched iWorkGlobal MyVista. This cloud-based workforce management platform delivers real-time data that enables clients to make informed decisions about their workforce.
“We started iWorkGlobal with a commitment to providing the highest quality service, and that continues to be our primary focus today,” said Jeff Phelps, CEO of iWorkGlobal. “As we continually look to improve the customer experience, we realized that a proprietary platform was necessary to give our customers access to real-time information that allows them to take control of their global workforce—thus MyVista was born.”
Through iWorkGlobal’s MyVista, clients can access detailed country information, submit and review pricing requests, submit workers for assignment or evaluation, and review current and historical assignment activity and invoicing. Real-time data includes country-specific breakouts, headcount, overtime, and tools to analyze hours and spending by project, country or timeframe. This data access enables clients to make informed decisions about their workforce and reduces the amount of administrative time needed to manage distributed workers.
Awards will be presented at a red-carpet dinner ceremony at the Mark Hopkins InterContinental hotel in San Francisco on Monday, June 26. Details about the Customer Sales and Service World Awards and the list of 2017 award winners are available at www.cssworldawards.com/world.
