In these roles, Sengès and Venturini Townend will lead strategy and oversee operations and service delivery in their respective regions.

Sengès brings deep experience in labor law and has led development and implementation of market strategy in LATAM in prior roles. His diverse background in professional development services, capital consulting, and tax and labor compliance align well with the needs of iWorkGlobal clients in emerging markets across the region.

Previously, she ran an international compliance firm, guiding clients through ever-changing employment laws and providing solutions to their workforce challenges.
